職位介紹: Key Responsibilities 1. Media & Press Strategy: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists and industry stakeholders. - Secure top-tier editorial coverage and features for women’s wear and handbags, campaigns, and brand initiatives. - Localize global press materials (press releases, lookbooks) for the China market, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance. - Monitor media coverage and compile reports on brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities. 2. Influencer & Celebrity Engagement - Develop strong talent strategy to maintain a consistent presence in China’s fashion and lifestyle landscape. - Identify and cultivate relationships with celebrities, influencers and stylists to amplify brand desirability. - Lead daily/occasion dressing, collaborations and gifting strategies with various talents. 3. Event & Campaign Management: - Plan and execute high-profile events, including product launches, press presentations, local initiate events including store openings, pop-ups and brand activations, etc. - Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure seamless execution of global campaigns with local adaptations. - Partner with the social media and digital commerce teams to align PR efforts based on different projects. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics. 4. Administrative Support: - Package and contract negotiation with various press outlets, talents and 3rd party agencies. - Handle sample requests, product shipments, and press loan coordination. - Manage PR budgets and track expenses. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with the media, content, retail marketing, CMIX, Digital Commerce and merch teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. - Support the PR Communication Lead in aligning PR strategies with overall brand mission. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives. - Established network with fashion press, talents, stylists and celebrity agents. - Strong understanding of China’s digital ecosystem (WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book, Douyin). - Creative, proactive, and adept at navigating fast-paced, cross-cultural environments. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
