Main Responsibilities: ● Responsible for the daily IT support work and maintenance of the internal LAN network and IT equipment. Understand and be able to explain to users how to follow company IT policies for China Mainland and Taiwan. ● Responsible for IT asset management including. ● Responsible for remote resolution of operational issues of counter-based POS machines for China Mainland and Taiwan. ● IT Procurement. ● Work as an IT coordinator to support including but not limited to SIT of POS system and other IT related projects. ● Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor. Knowledge and Skills Required: · Relevant experience and working knowledge of the Revlon standard core software and hardware mandatory (SAP, SQL, Office etc.). · Knowledge of network and telecommunication technology is a must. · At least 5 years of experience in an IT supporting or helpdesk function. · Previous experience of working in the retail industry is preferable. · Be prepared to work extended hours or out of normal business hours. · Experience in dealing with Printers, Video Conference systems, and mobile phone setup. · Detail-oriented, quick learner, strong problem-solving skills that can help end-user IT issues independently. · Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese language.
